there is nothing that you can eat or do to make hair instantly grow but you can improve the growth

1. massage your scalp 10 minutes a day(i do)

2.dont tie your hair a lot becuse it makes breakage

3.dont wash your ahir everyday because hair needs natural oil

4. avoid using too much irons, curlers and blow dryers

5. after taking a hot bath, rinse your hair with cold water( when you are cold, im sure your leg hairs come out sooner...same thing with head hair)

6.satin pillows are better then cotton becuse cotton sucks up oil

7. biotin is a vitamin and it helps hair growth a lot. a girl told me her hair grew 2 inches in 3-4 weeks when it is suppoed to grow 1/2 inch only

8. daily vitamins will insure that you get your daily needs...becuase if you dont, ur hair stops growing until you do

9.eat nuts, green vegetables and fruit..liver too but yuk i hate it!

3) get proactive, and dont was your face everyday because it will make it dry and cause acne. so only wash your face 1 time every 2 days
