1 year old check up.........

Taking my daughter to the doctors tomorrow for her 1 year old check up. I was wondering what all they do..do they check her vision and hearing? and do they get shots this time? if so what kind? thanks

I am trying to remember... They will weigh her and see how tall she is. They may or may not prick her finger to check her iron level. They did not check my son's vision or hearing but they asked me if I thought it was normal. They will ask you if she is still breastfeeding and/or formula feeding. They may suggest switching to whole milk if you already haven't. They will ask how much she slleps and what she eats and how much. I know it just depends on the doctor and office. At our doctor I had to answer a whole bunch of questions about his development like if he was walking yet. talking and such. My son got a chicken pox vaccanation and a MMR vacanation at his 1 year check-up. I can't remember if he got any other shots. oh and they will ask about and look at her teeth. They will ask if she is still on the bottle if you feed from a bottle.
