So Im 16 and I just got my license recently but I live in CA where you have to wait 12 month before you can drive someone under 20. Now I know that they're not technically suppose to pull you over just because they thing you look kinda young (which I do), but if I follow all the traffic rules is it likely to get caught?

  1. It will be like flipping a coin, heads you get caught, tails you don't.

I would recommend that you don't do this and face a suspension of your license.

  2. Probable Cause....if they think you are too young..they can pull you over. I was a cop...and believe me...no one can drive over 10 blocks without breaking some kind of law.

The one cause of teen death...is when they have 2 or more young people in the car with them. Too much distraction...and too much showing off in front of friends....so DON'T take your friends for a drive...unless you want to go to their funeral after you wreck.
