1 year warranty on ipod touch?

if i have problems with my ipod touch and bring it back to use my 1 year warranty to replace it, will they give me a brand new one or a fixed old one?

If it's fixable they give you your original one. If it's beyond repair, you get a beautiful brand new one. :-D

If it is fixable they give you the old one otherwise you get a new one

They'll fix yours or if yours is beyond repair replace it with a refurbished one.

That's what they did to mine.

It depends...

If it freezes or some of the features in the ipod touch don't work then they will change it for you

If it has water damage, the screen is cracked, if it has a virus etc. they won't change it for you

If parts of the ipod aren't working correctly they will check it and see if they can replace that part with a new or refurbished part
