10 Best States in America to live In?

What are the best 10 states and why. i really wanna know because i'm planning on moving there when i'm older and i want to find the perfect state where i wont go broke or anything thanx.

Michigan - although finding a job right now is rough, its beautiful here, 4 seasons, lakes,  forests, good sports teams,

Wyoming- not a lot of people though its also pretty   the open range, laramie is a nice college town  lots of lil teeny western towns scattered about

Tennessee - smoky mountains, good people, nice weather, nashville

Massachusetts - expensive  but very quaint and historical

Wisconsin - good health care, schools, beautiful scenery, and the traffic is usually very good, although if you happen to be in Milwaukee or Madison at the wrong time, it's a little slow.  But nothing compared to Chicago.  Oh, and it's pretty cheap.  But you have to find the right places.  For instance, Waukesha County is right next to Milwaukee, but a lot of homes in the area are pretty expensive (some are in excess of $500,000).  Of course, you can also find some lower priced homes in places like Oconomowoc, which is only about 45 minutes from Milwaukee.  I grew up in Waukesah County and I was fairly pleased with the amount of activities going on and the quality of life.  

Even Washington County (which is just north of Waukesha Co.) is fairly close to Milwaukee.  And the scenery there is beautiful.  I would move there in a minute if I could.

I agree with Paul but I don't know where he got that info.  I would also say West Virgina should be on that list.
