i was watching jon and katie +8 and they said they save money on meat and beef by buying half a cow that lastest a whole year.. now im just wondering how much does half a cow cost????????

Depends where you are, I know that here in Norther Ontario, it's about 500$. But that's usually butchered so you get different cuts of meat and ground beef. It also depends on the age of the cow, the older it is, the tougher the meat so the cheaper it'll be.

i'm watching jon & kate + 8 too, i just love that show, depends on where you live, usually around $500 dollars though

well i live in Oklahoma and it cost around $350 and it last a year w a family of 4 and if u have any left over u can take it back to the butcher (if they are good ones) u can exchange the old meat for new witch is cool. oh and to find a good butcher call the FFA in ur town or look on yahoo!
