  1. You don't need a driver's licence, but you do need acceptable proof of identity - an 18+ card is acceptable. You could also use a passport.

  2. A friend of mine registered a car there without a driver's license with no problem. As far as regristering a vehicle goes... You needn't have to possess a driver's license. All you need is proof of your age ... Like your birth certificate or the like. As long as you have some sort of identification and proof of your age well then there should have no problem getting a vehicle registered. You may also want to have the paper that is filled out for the title with you in case they may ask to see it... And also there is some more proof for you as well. This should be all that is needed.  if you are still unsure,you can always inquire about this matter to any police offical. They can answer any questions you may have about registering a motor vehicle.

  3. You can register a car without having a driver's license. My aunt and uncle live up there, and they moved there without a license and got a car, so I have living proof that you can. I hope that helps. Please let me have 10 points!!
