"She is wondering where her bus is."

you can't end a sentence in a preposition so how would you write that statement? how about "she is where is her bus" but then that sounds ugly.

  1. She wonders, "Where is my bus?"

She is wondering when her bus will arrive.

There are many different variations that could be made.

  2. "Is" is not a preposition, it's a verb.

The sentence is correct the way it is.

  3. She's wondering where her bus is parked/stationed/kept(if its a toy).

  4. The sentence is just fine.

Preposition: a short explanatory word that indicates things such as location, direction and possession: "with," "to," "under," "over," "by" and "for" are all prepositions.

"Is" is a verb, not a proposition.

  5. The second one makes no sense ??
