my hair is shoulder length jet black , layers i have a side fringe its easy to straighten hard to curl wavy please can i have some hair ideas

p.s i usually have it straight or up .

no matter what your race is... emo hairstyle is the best!!!!(for straight)

if u want it curly that is simple two!! after a shower when your hair is wet, use moos and curl it!!! when it drie out it would be nice curly!! i had seen my sister doin it!!!

dnt over straight it, it will be damaged

I do this to my hair a lot. Put your hair in small buns when It is wet. Sleep with them in. In the morning take the buns out you will have lots  and lots of curls. And the stay in for a long time.

WARNING: Do't brush your hair cos the curls will come out and will go really curly and frizzy but that can be a good look...

it could be coz of resistant hair or might be very dense hair. perm ur hair ask for loose curls if u don't want too curly perm will change it permanently. or u could  have ghd curls i am sure it will work. do it with ghd  straghtener  open the iron wrap hair around the iron hold for 3 sec then twist forward go down ( means twist  opposit to scalp) otherwise u gonna straight the hair

get a gud shampoo and deep conditioning and try using marcell curlers they go on da stove and they're str8t metal and they wrk really gud

ave you tried scrunching? It's a lot like crinkling paper... but crinkling hair.

Introduction

Scrunching has come back into vogue in response to the huge demand for big hair, Pre-Raphaelite curls and saucy waves. Scrunching is often combined with other hair styling techniques including back combing.

Scrunching, also referred to as crunching or hair runching, is a technique that involves crushing sections of hair together. This process is used to add instant texture to naturally curly or wavy hair from enhancing curls and waves to creating a cross between the two.

Although some types of straight hair with natural bend can benefit from scrunching, the process works best on hair that is naturally curly or wavy.

Scrunching can be performed with or without other tools such as a finger diffuser and/or a blow dryer.

How To Scrunch Hair:

* Use your normal shampoo and rinse out conditioner. If you wish to enhance your natural texture consider using a texture enhancing product mix like PhytoCurl which helps define curls or Phytobrush which was specifically developed for use in scrunching, blow drying and creating waves.

* Rinse well and finish with a cool/cold water rinse which helps to seal in moisture, add shine and helps enhance the hair's ability to form curls and waves.

* Carefully squeeze out any excess water with your fingers. Remember to never rub wet strands but use a combination of techniques from squeezing out the excess water and then blotting strands with a towel.

* Towel blot with a thick towel or towel designed to speed dry your hair like the Earth Therapeutics Towel. It is best to wait to apply products to super wet strands since some of the product will drip off in the process.

* Apply your product of choice to the middle and ends of your strands. Avoid applying product near the roots which may weigh them down except in the case of adding volume sprays like Phytovolume Actif or similar.

* Don't be afraid to layer product to get the best look. You may wish to mix a defrisant products along with your styling product to add texture and block frizz at the same time. It is possible to mix Phytodefrisant with your favorite mousse, glaze or paste.
