  1. Possessing, using or dealing in any kind of drugs are - when you are caught - punished by law.

Some foreigners arriving in Belgium with just a few grams for their personal use have been known to have been thrown into jail on the spot.

This doesn't mean that you can't find drugs. It is the same as everywhere in the world.

There are police check points especially set up along the highways coming into Belgium, at main train stations, near maritime ports, on the parking lots of night clubs and discotheques, etc....

I'd be very careful if I were you.

Some people confuse Belgium and The Netherlands. In the Netherlands some drugs - for personal use - are allowed which is absolutely not the case in Belgium.

    Hope this info helps.

  2. About marijuana:

    *  Possession and cultivation for personal use less likely to be punished.

        * To use in public, incite use, sell or traffic remain serious offences.

    About LSD:

LSD is illegal to buy, sell, or produce in Belgium without government clearance. According to one visitor, the law does not actually prohibit the use of LSD.

  3. I don't know the answer to your question but d**n does it sound like your going to have a good time! lmao.  All I can say though, be careful who you buy from over there.  I know they like to lace things...EVERYTHING over there.

But have a great time and try to stay sober enough to remember at least a days worth of events ;) hahahaha
