well if the quality of the information is bad, then basically the company's performance would go downhill because the consumers would not 1) take it seriously, 2) be able to understand well enough to use the information. all information leaving an organization is judged by the consumer and it really should be quality work.

I hope that's understandable. i'm not completely sure if i understood what you're asking.
