10 Pt's! ebay help!? have you ever had problems buying from ebay, being scammed?

I am goin to buy an ipod touch and T-mobile blackberry curve from ebay. I'm a little worried, its my first time and i hope that i will pay and get my phone. I'm worried it might be damaged or the wont send it. I don't want to be scamed! Help!

Has anyone ever purchased from ebay? Do you know anyone who has, how did it go?

Most of my experiences have been good ones, I had one where I bought a ps2 and it was sent but it didn't work and I was not able to get my money back, check buyer feedback and if they have more than 1 complaint, I wouldn't do it.

I bought a cell phone that ended up being badly damaged, before shipment, and they said it was in good condition, then when I went to get it turned on, I couldn't.  I had a rough time getting my money back, but I did.  Just read all of the feedback from customers, you can tell a lot about the seller this way.
