10) Where do we know the names Brock and Carlton from?

hint: it has something to do with the war of 1812, i know one guy is issac brock but who is carlton?

Whenever i see or hear the name Carlton i think of the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.

I could find stuff on Issac Brock, but nothing on the name Carlton.  Do you know if that is the first or last name??
