10 dpo (after iui 8th august ) is it to early to test?

Depends on your leutal phase. The implantation occurs anywhere from 6-11 DPO. Only after that does hcg production start. The tests detect hcg level in urine. The hcg level doubles every 72 hours or so, hence unless your implantation was really early, it could be way too soon to test. Wait till you miss a period and take a test.
