10 dpo, and brown spotting...?

Question

I just wiped and had a small amount of brown spotting on toilet paper. I am due to have AF in 5 days. I took a clearblue easy digital test this a.m. with FMU and it was a BFN. What is the cause of this brown spotting....implantation or impending af?? Obviously, time will tell, but I just wanted to know if you had experienced this and what it meant for you. I usually just come full on with my period...no warnings...just full on heavy flow. Thanks for everything in advance. Hopefully this our month! **Baby Dust to All**

Hello there, I normally have 2-sometimes 5 days of pre af spotting for years now...and slightly after the heavy flow...so, my money is on af coming
