10 gallon stocking opinion?

OK I need one more opinion before I go for it. I have a fully cycled 10 gallon tank with live plants and plenty of filtration. I have 6 glowlight tetras in there now and one oto. I would like to add 2 or 3 panda cories in there too so the question is - should the cories go in and how many? Thanks.

  1. 3 is pushing it to the limit, 2 would be better, although since cories like to be in groups, 3 is still probably better than 2. So buy three cories, but after that you have no more room to buy any fish, unless you upgrade your tank,

  2. Cory's do better in groups of 3 or 4. I would go that route. Try to get them as small as possible to give them more room to swim :)

  3. as long as you keep up with weekly water changes, and keep testing the water, add them. I would get at least 4 because cory's are much more active and happier in groups. But after that, your pretty much completely stocked. Glowlights dont get large, either do ottos.

  4. I'd add just two, but with a 10 gallon be prepared to clean the tank like crazy.

  5. As long as the pandas seem healthy and you have ran the cycling time, and the tetras and the oto are healthy, I think that they should all be fine to put in. I'm still waiting for my panda cories to arrive yet, I'm so impatient.....good luck ;)
