10 interesting questions?

My teacher wants us to write 10 GOOD questions to ask our classmates...nothing like "what's your favorite color" or anything that simple and straight forward. Something creative and will make you think for a while. Good questions. Not necessarily long though...can you help me think of some? I need 10.

-Who do you have the best relationship with in your family?

-Why is your best friend your best friend?

-What song best describes your life currently?

-What are you plans for the future, besides career-wise (family, friends, college, etc)?

-If your house caught fire, what is the one thing you'd hope would happen?

-In this whole wide world, who would be the first person to know your darkest secret?

-If you had a huge issue, would you admit that you need help?

-Some one comes at you with a gun. You somehow get the gun and in the heat of action, you kill that person. How do you feel? What do you do?

-You find a genie, but he can only grant your deepest desires. What are they?

-What would you do if you lost everything?

-If you were forced into the situation, who would be the first person you'd kill in order to save everyone you care about?

I think the Theory questions are a great route to take. Personally when we did these sorts of things I liked to asks questions people didn't really want to answer. twisted a bit but it was always fun to see how they handled themselves and how someone answers a more difficult questions tells you a lot  about a person. For example.....

Who are the two most important people in your life and why?

Have you ever stole something from a store before and if so what?

Have you ever stole from a loved one and if so what?

If you were in a life threatening situation and could only save one of your two most important people in the world to you from question one who would you save and why?

If a stranger was in danger  and you could save them but would likely lose your life in the process would you save them or watch them die?

An illegal Alien is in a coma in the hospital for a over a month at the hospitals expense. Should the hospital continue to treat the man who needs round the clock quality care or should he be deported to a hospital where his own government can be responsible for his health care? Why?

Do you feel the law enforcing castration of repeat s*x offenders should be passed? Why or why not?

Do you believe in eye for an eye? Explain.

English classes like theory questions.. philosophy things.

What year are you in? are you doing advanced or extension or general english?

- What is truth?

- Is there human nature?

- Could you think negatively if there wasn't any negative words in your language?

- What is a hero?

- can you control people through fear?

- If someone has only ever seen a black cat, and they say cats are only black, are they telling the truth?

- If someone is colourblind and cant see yellow, to them, is there such thing?

- Is religion wrong?

- Should religion be taught in public schools?

- Is blind faith right?

- Are we conrolled by our government?

- How do we know what is taught in schools is correct?

- Can you define good?

- Does good exist without bad?

- Is it right for minority groups to be racist about themselves?
