10 month old rubella or heat rash?

MY 10 MONTH OLD HAS HAD A FEVER AND BEEN SICK FOR A WEEK. i TOOK HIM TO THE DR HE SAID NOTHING IS WRONG AND to give him tylonol. now he has a body rash and its spreading. he was vaccinated tho... can he still get it?
