why is age such a problem, surely your adult enough to get passed it, it's a good thing to be around people younger than yourself,age is only a state of mind, enjoy their company, it might make you lighten up

I would get bored. I would feel some resentments but if I couldn't change the situation, I would just try and go with the flow.

I was put in that situation a few years ago and my personality is very strong, so I ended up controling the realtionships I had with the younger groups. They seemed to respect the fact I was older and wiser.

I don't mind, little kids are cute if they under 11, and preteens can be cool, just talk about cool stuff and teens are easy to talk to because since that period of time is always hard try to relate to them.

i think for me it is a great opportunity. sometime we don't know what these youngster today thinking. hangin out with them is just the way to know them better. beside i don't think it will turn out awful unless you make it hard.

at some point we all stop aging inside so if you are past that point and the co-workers are, then there is no issue ansd we are all the same (on a mental level).

many older people have told me they still feel 21 inside.  we only age on the outside after a while!
