What is the difference between the two:

For picture two could i put them back like this if i wanted too?

Yes.

Pic 1 has straight eyebrow length bangs,

but Pic 2 has angled bangs.

Yes, you couldd put your hair back like in the picture, but on the side with the shorter length bangs.

To get Pic 2, you can either print the picture out and tell your hair stylist to style it that way, or you could tell the stylist to give you angled bangs. But i would go with the first option, just so your hair is cut right.

Well, the difference I see was the the girl in picture two had LONG layers in her hair, so you would need o get layers put in yours if you don't (picture one had none.)

Also, You would need to let your bangs grow out about 2-3 inches, and get them cut at an angle (make sure your hairdress incorporates the angle into the reast of your cut!)

Also, you should get a lil texture creme to make it look peicey like the aisian girls hair does.

And. I'm sure you could pin your bangs back like Reese's with the help of a little hairspray or gel!

You just have to let your bangs grow out, and put a little angle on the cut.

Get a side bang fringe going down.

And yes you can put your hair back like the other picture.

But if you have pic # 1 you cant get pic # 2 bangs cause your bangs are to short.Wait till they grow out then get a side bang fringe going down.

#2 is not evenly cut bangs.  In #1 she has bangs all the same length.  The girl in 2 has them cut kind of diagonally and not even and they're layered.  

  And I think it might be a little hard to pull them back (cause some of the bangs are really short) but I think you'd probably still be able to do it.

number 2 has more angled bangs and more layers in her hair. i would usage a flex gel when styling.
