I got a blackberry pearl a couple of months ago. The main reason I got it was because they said you can make videos with it. Mine doesn't. Is that normal and if it's not how do you do it.

Most cameras made in the past 2 years have video record features.

don't worry. this might happen in some cases. in this case, ring/email/other contacting method up their customer service and see what they say. good luck!

there is a newer blackberry pearl that takes videos. you probably got an older version of the phone that does it.
