  1. The National Interagency Fire Center keeps some current numbers on their website, year to date.  But I did not see historical data.

  3. no.

  4. Well, no... I don't have a particular website that tells you the particular nuberer of houses burnt down by wildfires, but I have this book called "An Inconveinient Truth." by Al Gore. He wrote about how Global warming is causing  wild fires, which are becoming common. There was a graph:

There were about 2 wild fires in the years of 1950-1959.

There were about 3 wild fires in the years of 1960-1969

In the next decade, the number of wildfires increased.

There were about 4 wild fires in the years of 1970-1979.

The next decade, the number of wild fires DOUBLED.

There were about 10 wild fires in the years of 1980-1989.

In the next decade, the number of wild fires SKY ROCKETED

There were about 50 wildfires in the years of 1990-2000.

I hope this helps, sorry I don't know exactly how many houses burned down.
