I'm assuming you're wanting something that is natural, hence you're in the "alternative medicine" section??

Butterbur is an excellent herb for this!  Its been proven to be just as effective as Allegra or Zyrtec without the side effects!  Just make sure you get Butterbur without toxic compounds called pyrrolizidine alkaloids as these can damage your liver.  Petadolex is a good sub-brand name (Enzymatic Therapy makes a good one,) that has those dangerous chemicals removed.
