  1. green tea with honey warmed

  2. This is going to sound totally ridiculous but I'm going to tell you anyway.  I used to have really bad allergies.  I heard this somewhere I decided to try it.  I found a bee farm that is within 15 miles from my house.  I bought honey from the farm.  I started taking a teaspoon of honey every morning.  By the next allergy season, I had no problem.  I still take the honey and will get a stuffy nose here and there, but that's it.  Okay so, someone else asked this question on Y/A.  I gave them the same advise.  I received an email from that person at the beginning of spring who tried the honey and they said it worked for them.  The bees are getting pollen from the same flowers that are causing your allergies.  When you use the honey you build up a resistance to that pollen.  Now if you are allergic to trees or mold then this won't work.  For that I use Nasonex.  See your doc.  Start using it in March so that by the spring you are ahead of the problem.

    Good Luck.

  3. Take Allevert! It's a good medicine for allergies.

  4. Hello

There is this new thing out there, Oprah had talked about it on her show, it's something called a neti pot, you put water and salt and sometimes baking soda in it, you put the solution in and flush through your sinus's, it's suppose to help people with allergies, asthma, colds, and sinus problems, it flushes out the dirt and debris that irritate your sinus's. You can get it any health food store.

  5. you can drink lots of green tea. put pressure on your sinus points (1 on the inner portion of the top of your eye socket, 1 on either side of your nostrils, and 1 on either side of your chin) you shoudl be able to feel little dibbits in your bone. put pressure on these points until the pain lessens or goes away. you can also try hot/cold packs.... get a HOT towel and and ice pack. put the hot towel over your eyes for 30 sec then put the ice pack on for 30 sec... repeat this 5 times....

take a nice steamy shower. if your nose is REALLY stuffed up you can do a nasal flush... bascially all it is sucking cold water up your nose and blowing it out...

we did all these things in massage school.

if they dont work you may want to consult your dr

  6. Take drugs that take care of the symptoms
