My Block Cracked and need new one. In the Boise Idaho area.

Don't waste your time or money on trying to repair.  Unless you have the block X-rayed, you can't tell if it has internal cracks. Buy a remanufactured longblock, available from Mercury and other rebuilders.  Look for marine rebuilders in your area, try the yellow pages, or talk to a marina, and see who they use.  Rebuilding is not a "shade tree" project.

There are many engine rebuilders around> You might have to pay a core charge as your block is non rebuildable> Use a marine engine as there are some differences in engines & gaskets> Make calls>see who has the best price> If you can't do the parts replacement have a marine repair person get you a price>

How bad is the block cracked ? there is a newer process called powder welding for cast iron it's supposed to work very well.
