i know it sounds strange but if you imagine yourself to be something and walk around like that

have you ever heard of that before?

  2. I think that way too. but i dont think you actually change, i think you just start to notice your true being more

  3. I thought my way to giving up smoking. Been 2 years now, not a puff. Sounds simple, but I just thought of myself "as a non-smoker now" and that smoking was "something I used to do" and that it was like "alcoholism - you can't have just one".

    Now I've set my mind to thinking thin. I wish I could think my hair back. Perhps I should think 'Lotto Win' !!!!!

    Seriously, there is plenty of evidence to say 'we are what we think', so I'll give it a try!

  4. its like those 'think slim' and 'think quit' programs but they use more hypnotherapy...similar concept.

    I think if you have a motivated and positive mindframe you can think yourself to anything, however a girl imagineing herself aas a boy will not suddenly have a magical transformation into a male just because she thought about it

    It has been proven that positive thinking can help you feel more capable of achieveing things but i think thats as far as it goes.
