I have a jailbroken 2.0.2 iPod touch and was wondering if there is any site that you can watch a movie or download one while on the iPods Internet?

You should make sure the video is MP4 or H2.64 video for iPod. I like the DVD to iPod Converter Suite to rip DVD movie and convert videos in any format to iPod. It is the fastest converter I have used. Also, the output quality is great. You can download this software free from here

I am yet to find a site that you can can legally (or even illegally for that matter) download movies and transfer them to your ipod, but I did find this site where you can download them really really cheap (most are less than 2 dollars a movie).  cheaper than renting them and you dont have to go anywhere.  So check out the site and ask around about it and you will find it is pretty legit.
