my cousin show the from and back of Final fantasy VII on a pic on his psp i was wondering is that picture real or it was made on photo shop or something like that

Ok you are a little vague about what you are asking, so I will try to answer you with what I know.

1) did you mean to ask about a"final fantasy PSP?"

If so, yes, they are real :

but it seems they are only sold in europe, and are limited

If you are talking about a remake of "final fantasy VII"

Officially, Square Enix isn't saying anything, but as I wrote some years ago on my site(lol) I know someone in the industry who has told me  that it might happen in 2010

Umm... well, if I'm understanding you correctly, you want to see if a picture of the Final Fantasy VII cover art you were shown is legitimate. If you go to Gamespot, they actually have the cover art for Final Fantasy VII on the site, both front and back. I've linked to it below for your convenience. I'd suggest looking there to compare the box art you've seen to Gamespot's copy of the box art.
