  1. causes winds

in a pouch on it's mothers body

    geographic isolation

  2. first question: the tides are controlled by the moon, but the deep, deep ocean currents are caused by the uneven heating of the ocean.

winds are also caused by the sun warming the earth, and if it is direct or indirect makes a difference in how it heats up

of course the heating of the earth changes climate (the desert vs. the north pole), so i would say "all of the above"

a placental mammal. first, mammals don't come from eggs. so that takes out a and c (mammals form with the mother) and the term placental mammal means it has a placenta-WE have a placenta (it's a flap inside the mom that passes food and stuff to the baby) and it comes out when our mothers deliver. a marcupial mammal forms in a pouch, so the answer inside it's mothers body

the separation of populations: there is only one that makes sense. if it was genetic, there wouldn't need to be a mountain in the way (donkey and dog) and if it was behavioral iwouldn't mean that either (2 different species can't understand mating rituals) and timing would be a flower blooming at a different time than others. geographical means they are part of two different geographical areas that protects them from mating with each other

    hope it helps!
