  1. you need to know that:

    60 minutes in an hour

    60 seconds in a minute

    2 hours = 120 minutes

    120 - 89:34 = 30:26 minutes:seconds

    9:07 + 107 minutes = 9:07 + 1hour 47 minutes...

    you do the rest [ its before 11:00 though...)

    hope his helps

  2. uh a hint plz lol

  3. 89:34 can be rewritten as 1 hour, 29 minutes, and 34 seconds.  Two hours can  be rewritten as 1 hour, 59 minutes, and 60 seconds.  So,...

    1h 59m 60s

    -1h 29m 34s

    ~~~~~~~~~
             30m 26s -  the answer is that Yuri Gagarin took 30 minutes, 26 seconds less than two hours to circle the Earth.
    107 mintues is 1 hour and 47 minutes, so advance 9:07 by an hour (10:07), and add 47 minutes - it was exactly 10:54 when Sputnik returned to Earth.
  4. 1. 30 mins 26 seconds
    2. 10:54
