  1. He is definitely old enough.  The requirements are 4'9", and he is well over 100 pounds.  SO, yes he can.

  2. Yes, the booster seat requirements is under 5 foot. Other than that I don't think there is much for a standard of the front seat, once you get out of the booster. He seems to be more than big enough for the front seat, so let him in and buckle him up and everything should be fine. Trust me, they grow up faster than you think :).

  3. hello. he sounds 'big enough' to me, only MAKE SURE HE WEARS A SAFETY BELT. that is most important. good luck on this

  4. yes. he is "large" enough so it's safe.

  5. Im not sure myself on the age and height requirements. I would go to your local police station and they will be able to give the correct answer to this.

Sorry I wasnt much help .

  6. The best 'rule-of-thumb' is to let kids ride in the back seat when possible.

Of course - he CAN sit in the front.

Make sure he always has a seat belt on.

  7. Due to his age, I would still suggest he sit in the back as he's still a child.  Just because he's big doesn't mean he's ready to sit in the front.

Check with the DMV they should have some info on this.

  8. I would assume so! Ask your pediatrician also.
