  1. I think we all go through an awkward phase when we are growing up. Mine was from the ages of 12-15 years old. It wasn't until I was 16 that I stopped caring what other people thought that I stopped feeling so awkward. I wouldn't worry about it if I were you. Chances are, you are completely normal. Also, get friends who won't tell you how awkward you are. That's not helping.

  2. I'm pretty sure everyone feels a bit awkward at that stage in life, some people are just better at hiding it than others.  It takes a while to feel comfortable with yourself and become confident and self assured.  If your friends are critiquing you or tearing you down, they're probably just as insecure and want to make themselves feel better (it sounds cliche, but it's true!)!  Know that you're an awesome person and hold your head up high- kids can be jerks, especially around your age.  Just do your own thing, and remember that high school is just that....high school.

  3. How to be graceful.

There are two kinds of grace: social grace, which means knowing what kind of manners to have, and physical grace, which means being comfortable with your body and your movements. This article is about the physical kind of grace.  Please see this link.

    How to be charming.

Charm is the art of having an attractive personality. This characteristic can only be achieved over a period of time. While everyone is born with differing amounts of natural charm, much can be acquired and honed through practice and patience. As with dancing, the more you practice, the better you will become. Effort and careful attention to the needs and desires of others will ensure that charm becomes a permanent part of your character.  Here's your guide.  http://www.wikihow.com/Be-Charming

  4. Just look in the mirror and know you are beautiful.  Know you are the best.
