PS: Fleury is going to be a restricted free agent once his contracts up.. whats the difference between that and one thats not restricted?

If they are restricted and sign with another team, the team that they leave gets something in return for them.

If they are unrestricted and sign with another team the team they left gets nothing for the player they lose.

I don't have any on the Pens, I was too busy watchin the Wings (WHOOO) but Fleury was amazingly great...

restricted means last year of contract and the pens can try and sign him, but at the end of the year, if they don't sign him, other teams can try and sign him.  but hes still a penguin for the 08-09 season.
