  1. You need 8 hrs a sleep... With only 7, you are missing 1 hour per night and almost 1 day of sleep each week, which would explain the bags.  8 hrs is the professional recommendation.

  2. you shouldn't sleep less or more than 8 hours daily. better to be from 10 pm till 6 am.

cucumber slices on the eye helps get rid of that. also some coffee with warm water and make a paste and put it under ur eye for 15 minutes.

it could be that you have dark blood vessels under your eye which makes it dark like that. that way i don't think anything will help you and you wil; just have to use concealer to hide it.

edit- make sure u always moisturize under ur eye, cuz the drier it is the more dark it will appear

  3. get lots of sleep!!!!!!!

  4. You might be dehydrated and then therefore constipated and most likely sinus problems or congested sinuses.  All of those can cause dark circles.  I would increase your water. You said you drink water but you have to make sure it's 6-8 bottles of water daily. If you are dehydrated you will also be tired all of the time.  Coffee and soda do not count towards your total water consumption because they are diuretics.  Good luck to you!

  5. I've tried food and vitamins, they just don't work, or at least not quick enough. I saw no real change. I just buy consealer and/or cover-stick in a slightly yellow tone, which is supposed to cover up blue/purple colouring better. Works for me, I put it on the eyelid too, it makes my eyes look really fresh and well, awake.

  6. caffeine helps, you can wet tea bags and put them over your eyes. garnier nutriesse sells this roll on caffeine stick that you can use too.

  7. To cover it up you can use a yellow stick. Physicians Formula sells them and you can get it at any chain pharmacy in the make-up aisle. Otherwise try tea-bags.

  8. Try a vitamin supplement like perfectil platinum which improves your skin hair and nails andit is said to minimise dark circles.

  9. Try having a nice long lie in for a few days. It might work.

  10. Recommended hours of sleep a night are 8 hours, so have a early night for a few nights and catch up with some sleep

  11. you have allergies. go see your DR. you may not realize that you have allergies but that's what is causing the dark circles around your eyes. allergies cause dark circles around eyes!

  12. coverup!

  13. First off, all of us women know how bothersome this can be! You are not alone! Some tips to help, drink plenty of water. The skin under your eyes is very thin, so be very gentle when applying anything there. A little olive oil will help too. Just apply a thin coat before going to sleep in the evening.

  14. hey are you drinking alot of caffine? because when i did i kept dark circles around my eyes. i thought this may help. i stopped and the dark circles went away, so did some extra pounds, ha ha

  15. That isn't enough sleep for a teenager. I am to get around 8 1/2 hours on school nights because I'm always so tired with school work and sports.

Even if it means going to bed early, do it. Your body is trying to tell you that you need more sleep.

Try applying cucumbers to your eyes if they even sting or feel really dry. They help put moisture back to this sensitive area.

Cruise the skin care aisle. I'm sure they'll have something there for you. In the meantime, you can use concealer if it bothers you.

  16. Dark circles can treated with regular and gentle care. Eat vegetables and fruits that are rich in vitamin E. Include a multivitamin with iron tablet in your diet. Eat at least one green leafy vegetable a day. Check out http://useinfo-darkcircles.blogspot.com/ for more info.

  17. try to get 8 hours of sleep every night.

drink LOTS of water, it's recommended you drink 8 cups a day.

put cucumbers or tea bags under your eyes. they will vanish after that:)

make sure to eat healthy, too.

    good luck!

  18. Don't put tea bags or coffee on your eyes whatever you do. It will only make them darker because it will stain the area. I've suffered with dark circles forever. Some people just have them worse than others.. There are also different reasons for dark circles. People with darker skin have circles because they have more pigment in that area, while fair people it is usually because of thin or fair skin that the veins and capillaries are visible through it. If you are dark skinned there are bleaching creams on the market for such things. If you are fair skinned (which is what my problem is) There are several things you can do that will help. Use vitamin E creams and vitamin k. You will have to use them separately tho because they cancel each other out. Also this is what I do and it helps a lot! Buy a generic oatmeal bath. Make sure that it is just 100% colloidal oatmeal and does not contain any other ingredients (Aveeno contains mineral oil and a few other ingredients and also does not have 100% colloidal oatmeal). Mix a small amount of that with some water to make it like very very thin pancake batter. Then dab some under your eyes every night  and allow it to dry before wiping it off with a warm wash cloth. There is tons of protein in oatmeal. Your skin, hair, and nails are made of keratin which is a form of protein. If you use the oatmeal it will make your skin stronger so that you won't be able to see those veins and capillaries.

Lastly make sure when you put lotion on under your eyes you put it on from the outside corner to the inside corner. And be extremely gentle. It helps if you put your make up and lotion on in that are with your ring finger since it is the weakest finger. If you rub your eyes too hard you can make your veins and capilaries in that are leak a small amount which will make your circles much much worse.

You if you have very thin or fair skin you may never fully get rid of your circles but using the oatmeal will make them much much better within 2 weeks. When they get better make sure you keep it up or atleast do it every other day or else they will come back.

A concealer that has a yellow tint helps wonderfully too.  I used to put the yellow concealer on first and rub it in and then put a little bit of normal concealer on top of it. Make sure the regular color concealer is not to dark, use a slightly lighter concealer under your eyes.
