  1. Listen to some calming music.  then use an alarm to wake you up.

  2. read a book, that gets me tired and then just keep on telling yourself to wake up early. It works

  3. maybe you should take some sleeping pills? that usually helps me. that should let you sleep for about 8 hours.

or reading a book. that can get you sleepy.

    hope i helped!

  4. lol. read a book or listen to the radio. :]

  5. First... what time you get into bed? Sleeping too late at night would also affect...

There is a few suggestions which I found it work for myself, you could try it:-

    1) Drink some hot or warm milk before you go to bed.

    2) Don't do things that will excite you, such as watching TV, Playing or Exercising... Just rest yourself before going to bed. Doing things that are slow motion, such as reading a book, listen to music (but not rock and roll, hip hop, rap song, etc). Then you rest your brain and you will get into sleep easily.

  6. Make sure that you are tired when you go to bed around 9 pm.  At 13, you should get at least 9 if not 10 hours of sleep.  Believe it or not, teenagers actually need the most sleep of any other age group.  Make sure you are tired by taking a long walk or doing some exercise in the early evening.  Then when you're ready to start winding down, take a relaxing soak in a hot tub bath rather than a shower.  Just before 9, have that hot milk.  If possible, eat a small turkey sandwich  --or just the turkey.  The milk and the turkey contain natural sleep-making chemicals.  Or if the milk is not your thing, try some Sleepy-time tea (Celestial Seasonings).  If you're religious, say your prayers.  Make sure your bed and your jammies are comfortable!  Make sure your room is neither too hot nor too cold.  Get a really boring book to take to bed with you and read for about half an hour, then turn the lights off and prepare for sleep.  Put on some very soft, soothing music (instrumental only), or some sound-effects cd like rain, or the ocean.  Put it on a timer so it goes off after a certain length of time, like an hour, or a half hour after you're done reading.  Don't forget to set the alarm!

If you follow the same routine every night, your body will get used to it.

  7. to keep your body is healthy shape, its important that you get at least 8 hours of sleep. So you should probably goto sleep at around 10. See, your body has a sort of internal clock. It tells your body when it is tired and needs to goto sleep. If you consistently sleep at 10pm every night, the internal clock will adapt to the time your body needs to sleep.

If your having trouble falling asleep, try to relax your body by taking slow and deep breathes. After that, focus on loosening up and relaxing each part of your body. Its hard to explain but what your doing is a sort of meditation before you sleep. But good luck
