Question

Its a Profile Arctica. My mom and I were cooking and when she went into the freezer, it was warm. We opened up the fridge and the temperature for the freezer was 27 degrees. The fridge part was 50 degrees

How do we the temperature down??

p.s we already try to lower it with a button but it wont go low

Buy a new fridge (buy 2 mini-fridges)

That fridge gets the freezer section cold and the fridge gets cold by a door that slides open/close between the fridge and freezer. You may have something preventing the door from opening or blocking it when it is open. Check down the left side of the fridge and move things away from the side a couple of inches. See if this lets it get cold after a few hours. If not, you probably need service.

put a freezy pop in there and if it melts it means it is to hot and if it is juice that is cold that means the temp. is down

You may need to move it.  Is it sitting close to the stove, dishwasher or other appliance that generates heat  or a heating vent?  If yes, you need to move it away from that appliance.

Be sure you keep ice build-up down, make sure the door closes tightly.

It is also important that, if you are using an extension cord, it should be a heavy duty cord to generate enough electricity to power the freezer.

If none of these seem to be the problem, you may want to call in a professional.

Maybe it is having a defrost problem, but it may still need a repair man to help fix the problem. Hope it is nothing major.
