What does it feel like to get a tattoo on top of your forearm?

Honestly, it hurts. But it's tolerable or people wouldn't have tattoos. I would just make sure I ate alot of food before I did it and stayed hydrated, it can't hurt to be extra safe and bring a friend you can talk to while you are getting it done. It'll help take the mind off the pain.

Well, when my best friend was getting his tattoo he was like, it hurts but it feels good, keep going, YAY so me & my GF were laughing our butts off so bad.

if you are worried about the pain, don't get it.  if you're capable of sucking it up for a couple hours and dealing with the healing process, go for it.  

i think tattoos feel like drawing on your skin with a very fine ball-point pen while pressing down pretty hard.

It hurts so so so so much! after 10 minutes of screaming you just deal with - it does hurt alot more when they're shading.

I have one on my forearm, almost didn't hurt at all for me... but still i was too scared to look at what the tattoo artist was doing so I spent the whole time staring at the wall >_O

It hurts, but it really depends on your pain tolerance. Shading hurts the most on any tattoo!

It hurts, especially when they do the shading. That's the one tattoo I bled the most on.
