check out www.cnet.com... they'll let you compare them directly, and give you video previews, important stats, and tell you where the cheapest place to buy them is.

i'm not familliar with those two cameras personally, so i can't help much, but that website is amazing, it helped me choose my camera

b, itz cuter ( i saw it) and and has more stuff than da other one. it also has optical zoom. it iz da camcorder dat i waz gonna buy. it is a MUST!!!!
