Which good 10" subs would you recommend that have a depth of 5.5 or below? I dont want the cheap kicker c10's that dont bass. I just got a upfire box that goes underneath the backseat of a 07 avalanche. I was thinking bout Alpine Type R's but i dont think they will fit. i have to look them up. now its time for some subs that bass. Thank you for your input : )

Link to box i have:

And a good choice for the company you bought your box from.

I have bought a couple of boxes from them and they do good work.

  3. If they absolutely have to be under 5 1/2" of depth then here are some great subs.http://mobile.jlaudio.com/products_subs....

If you can get away with having 5.93" of depth then here are even better subs..http://mobile.jlaudio.com/products_subs....

  4. The JL audio and Memphis shallows are nice , but my sugg. would be the Image Dynamics ID10 v.3 , pop the plastic magnet cover and you should be fine on your mounting depth.
