Ok I have the microsoft webcam.....and I am trying to log in to the Windows live messenger to talk to my friend........ And it won't work

And it says

error code:80072efd.

What can I do to fix this asap....

Thnx...Also it when I click troubleshoot it says there is something wrong with the keyports..so I think that is the problem and how do I fix all of this...

it may be blocking it. if you have norton it has its own fire wall and always blocks my messengers.
