10 weeks pregnant and having sharp pains in lower abdomen?

today i have been having sharp piercing pains in my lower abdomen... i am currently 10 weeks pregnant...is this something i should be worried??..

I would definitely see my doctor as quickly as possible. It's really to early to feel movement, and I know this from experience. Go to the doctor asap!

I would go straight to your doctor. This could be nothing to worry about but also its not worth the risk, if there is a reason for the pain you need to be examined properly.

This is not a question for Yahoo Answers.  you need to ask it of your doctor.  Anyone expressing any kind of medical opinion here would be very ill-advised, in my opinion.

Please go to your local emergency room..they can do a test in 15 minutes and find out if you are miscarrying!or if its the lil one fluttering! =] congrats
