what kind of party do you have for a 10 year old girl. i wanted to plan a surprise party for my little sister

ten yr olds like to think they are almost grown u know now that they are in the double digits, instead of doing something childish let her pick a few of her best buds and then take her to a nice restauant nothing fancy but not burger king u know what i mean and then let them sit at their own table not to far from u like one table down...they get to choose their own food and drinks and they will feel freedom and excitment for doin it all by "THEMSELVES"  i hope i helped...

I agree with toni08. I remember when i was 10 i thought i was on top of the world. What does she like? If she likes bowling, then take her bowling. Swimming, to a public pool. You get it.

Glamor parties are nice for any girl. Detective parties could be fun...kids like to solve mysteries. If there is a laser tag place where you live, take them, it's really fun! Luau's are fun too! Good Luck.

My daughter is having her 10th bday party this weekend at a skating rink. She's really excited about it.

She wanted to have a pool party at a hotel's indoor pool, though. And she wanted me to rent adjoined rooms with a jacuzzi and let her have a sleep over in the jacuzzi room (while I stayed next door with the door opened) but I wasnt sure if she was old enough for that. I know she would have had a great time doing that though...so its an idea.

Nice sister!  My daughter just had hers. - A sleepover with 5 girlfriends.  We had party games and prizes, lollies, birthday cake and presents in the afternoon, KFC for dinner, (or make your own pizza and get the girls to help),  a disco ball and lights (from the cheap shop), (or hire them), music and dancing, photos, trivia game, then some free time before bed.  You could also do makeovers/dress ups and model show and take photos. Truth or dare, or murder in the dark, charades are some other fun games.  Quiet it down about 1 hour before you want them to sleep!
