i am going to the dietitian tomorrow. i am currently vegetarian but would like to go 100% raw vegan.i was 100% raw vegan for 20 days just recently.im either complusive binge eating and if im not binging im starving myself. its all or nothing. i also get flatulence because of this cycle of eating. i need to stop abusing my body! time to detox!going raw vegan would be really good for me because i would still be able to eat alot!is there anything i should know on the topic??
