100% Total Makeover?

Question

Okay, so my birthday's in September, and starting September 1st I want to start my complete transformation. (I'm turning 17 btw)

So, I'm pretty now, but I just want to change everything about my beauty/fashion style. I'd like some pics of cute hair styles, makeup looks, fashion, etc. Anything you think would help.

If it helps, here's a little about me. As I said, I'm turning 17. I'm about 5'3, I have naturally red hair, green eyes, and fair skin.

I'm going to buy all new makeup from MAC next month, so if you could especially recommend MAC eye colors, etc. But hair, makeup, and clothes advice is welcome!

mmk, i have the feeling this is gonna be a long answer. ha. :) here goes, lets start with hair.

i really need to see a pic of you right now to give you a hair cut that would look good but whatever. this is a totally cute cut: http://i256.photobucket.com/albums/hh187... **you will have to straighten it though, just so you kno** as for color, keep ur natural color but get highlights.. like.. dark caramel highlights or something like that.. as long as it would look kinda natural. for makeup, mineral powder foundation [i LOVE loreal's bare naturael] is amazing. then black or dark brown eyeliner. purple / plum really works for green eyes. [i have green eyes too] some mascara for sure, and a little shiny gloss to top it off.

ok so u might want to think about what u want to look like or what u want your style to be. then u can go on the internet and find hair styles you like. if u dont like your hair color dye it, thats optional, if i had  green eyes id wear eye shadow that would enhance them or make them pop. i really wouldnt wear to much make up though......

Wow, you sound a LOT like me except I have blue eyes!

Clothing:

Try dressing with a bohemian flare! It looks great on redheads since earthy tones look good with our skin. Urban Outfitters usually has some great bohemian clothing. http://www.urbanoutfitters.com/urban/cat...

Makeup:

Stick with the natural look. Mineral powder for foundation. Plum eyeliner looks great with green eyes. Brown mascara. Green and purple eyeshadow. Rosy blush on the apples of your cheeks. Clear or light pink lip gloss.

I also like the black eyeliner and nude lip only look on all of these girls with that hair style. I think redheads look totally better with the natural makeup look, it plays up their beautiful hair and facial features.

I would go with a matte foundation, maybe a light creamy nude eye eyeshadow or a light green, some different nude colored lipsticks and light pinks. Both matte and glossy for the eyes and lips to play with.

okay, so you want to change your look completely.

umm you know what, you should first off decide what kind of look you want, it's all not that hard to create it after that. i mean, think of who's the fashion icon for you. are you more of a preppy cute babydoll type or a rock chick, daring type, maybe you're really sweet and mermaid-y. it all starts with you. the reason i'm saying that is even if you choose the best look you can have and you don't feel it's truly "you", you're gonna end up looking ridiculous and uncomfortable, you can't rely on other people for the way you should look.

red hair and green eyes and fair skin sounds really pretty to me, i think you should make your green eyes stand out. i have green eyes also and i use Almay Bring Out the Green for that, you can get it at any CVS or Walgreens for a reasonable price.

you can dye your hair black cause that will look sooo cute with your green eyes and fair skin try a peach or pink blush and i think more earth tones for your eye shadow will be the best thing. and for your lips go with soft pink or peach

shroom, naked lunch, woodwinked, and carbon are my absolute faves! they arent wild colors ( love them too though) but they are great on everyone. i have green eyes and woodwinked looks great! have fun!
