I have never ran track before but i've loved running ever since like 3rd grade........But I am a freshman at churchland high and i can run the hundred meter dash in 11.2 sec. i really dont have a lot of leg muscle for some reason, someone told me if i build some more leg muscle, get a longer stride, (since im only 5"7) and learn the proper way to run (for arodynamics) they said i might be able to bet into the low ten maybe even high nines.
it it possable?
also can you someone give me some tips for the 2 hundred meter dash cause i cant run long distance for some reason, i be bettin really tired.?
