100 meter dash improvement?

If I ran the 100 this year consistently 10.8-11.0, do you think with a great training program in the offseason and a great sprint workout I could drop it to a consistent 10.4-10.6?

I am going to be a senior in high school next year

  1. drive phase is the key to get a better time if you dont have ur drive phase
