Me and my friend work out every day after school. At the track we tried to get a 6 minute mile (didn't do it we got tired.. we've can do better but not all the time) and then we rested for a while.

We are both 16 or older. Soul works out with weights and I do cross country and track. By the way were from California at sea level in 75 degree temperatures.

We did a VERY unofficial time of >13.oo seconds. Is that fast? idk..

We were a bit tired and it wasn't even against anyone and our stop watch wasn't too accurate /- 0.1<0.5 seconds.

And no blocks or prior training. I do long distance for now.

Trained athletes answer only. Don't be like "OMG thats fricking fast! I only get 20seconds lol" NONE of that plz plz plz!

Again I reiterate:Is that fast?

  1. no for a 16years old that's not fast. well it depends, for a normal person that would be pretty ok but if you're playing sport etc football, soccer, or track. I would say something from 12.5 and less will be decent. and that's just decent. Fast would be around 11.5 or less.

    This is my last year record i was 15 and now im faster

    100 = 12.4

    200= 25.x

    300= 43.9

    400= 58.6
