  1. Yeah, I'm a freshman in high school and i run a 12.9

  2. yeah thats a really good time. if you get spikes you will go about a second faster. and with blocks maybe even another second. and with some practice you will be really fast. go out for the track team in high school. idk if you are already in high school?

  3. im a freshman and im out for track too.  i ran the 100m dash once and got a time of 11.4.  that was at a meet though.  your time is pretty good considering yours wasnt...

  4. Wow that is incredible time for your age. I am 14 to but i run a 12 flat unfortunately. I am going to do summer track for the first time this year and i just hope it will take me pretty far.I agree with the others once you get into some spikes and a light uniform and get to those blocks. Your time will increase tremendously!!

GOODLUCK!! keep me posted on improvements!!

  5. yes, that is a good time..

my time is terrible..lol...that's why i'm not a sprinter..

my time was 16.56 .....and i'm a 14 yr old female

so that's why i do long distance..=] and i love it!

and without spikes or anything, that is a great time......=] i'm sure that with spikes & blocks your times will be at least a little bit faster!

  6. Considering that is takes a top pro football player around 4.3-4.4 seconds to run 40 meters, doing the math it would take them around 11 seconds to run a 100. 13.5 seconds is impressive if that's what you can do.

  7. that's pretty good. but blocks and spikes won't help u a whole 2 seconds. thats crazy. more like .7 seconds
