Question:

100 meter difference?

Today, I ran 100 meters in about 12.3, maybe a little faster on a dirt track with spikes. How much would I take off that time if it were a rubber track like they use in the olympics? My dad thinks it would be maybe half a second which would put me at 11.8 but I'm not sure it would be that much. I'm thinking it would drop to at least 12.25 though.

  1. Rubber track wouldve probably got u 12 even or 12.1, it would have been a significant difference because you get that extra bounce and traction.
