  1. Depends on the age of the player.

    As an adult forward or middle field player that would not be a good time.


  2. Ok well I am 13 years old and i run track and i have a 14 sometimes 13 second hundred. This makes me ranked like 8th out of 22 or more. However for soccer you need a ton of indurance. If it is a strech for you to run that fast all the time i would suggest some condition traing. Run a mile every other day, then after two weeks bump it up to a mile and a half, after another week run two and build up to three miles. Then, when you have to run during a game it will seem like nothing. Plus when you will be able to run faster cause you have more endurance. 13 is a great time, but you could do better with more condititioning. Drink a lot though and dont be discouraged if your tired in the end. Your body will build itslef up and you should be good to go. Good luck!
